Creative Soup's Spring Forward Blog Hop

Welcome to the Creative Soup’s Spring Forward Blog Hop!
If you hopped here from Jenny's blog, you are in the right place.  If you started here, I encourage you go on over to the Creative Soup Blog to start at the beginning.
Sure don't want you to miss anyone!
To kick off our new enhanced site, Creative Soup, each creative team member is sharing one of the fun Mojo Monday challenges from the first quarter. I chose to complete the 3-21 Get Inspired Challenge which is to use architecture as inspiration for a project.

Our friends bought a new house & we are going to their house warming next week.  A "house" warming card just seemed appropriate.  So the architecure I chose is what I consider to be a typical American house with a picket fence.

Did you notice the lovely lace curtains in the windows?
I cut the windows out with Spellbinders lacey squares dies.
Then I recycled some packaging to use as glass for the windows. The roof was made by layering papers edged with a MS punch.

I  just love this fun, artsy layout K did for this challenge.
She drew those buildings!  I think that is just awesome!

Honestly, every creative team project for this challenge was creative & unique.  It is worth a visit to Creative Soup to check them out!

To participate in the blog hop leave a comment for me and then visit Dana's blog to see what she came up with! Go through and leave comments on all nine creative team member's blogs to be entered into a drawing for an amazing prize pack. The blog hop runs from tonight Friday April 8th at 8pm EST through Monday April 11th at 11:59pm EST. Winner will be drawn on Tuesday!

Don’t forget to register at http://www.thecreativesoup.com/ to join in all the fun!
