Handmade flowers is the challenge prompt at Scrap Tiffany this week.

My altered frame was inspired by a fabulous notebook cover designed by Hels Sheridan.
I stuck with the blues and green hues to tie in with the "rain" theme of the quote by spritzing my Paper Trey Ink paper with some Tattered Angels Sapphire and mists.
I used the same colors on my flowers that I cut using my scalloped flower Nestabililities. While they were still damp, I layered the flowers then wrapped the layered flowers around a pencil. I then tied the tip of the gathered flowers with thin flossing, fluffed the flowers and used 3D pop dots to attach them to the frame.
This was one of my favorite challenges so far for Scrap Tiffany. I can't wait to see what you all do for this challenge. Don't forget to email yours to Tiffany so she can showcase your work.
