Birthday Cardmaking Mode!

Hello!  I know it has been a while.  My blog and crafting has taken a back seat to soccer, family gatherings and editing senior photos.  August, September and October are the months in which we have the busiest schedule and the months when we celebrate quite a few birthdays.  So, I have been in card making mode when I do have time to craft.

Today I am sharing two cards I made last month for Lily's girlfriends. They are twins, but sport two totally different personalities and styles.

I had lots of fun using Ranger Stickles with Crafter's Workshop Stencils and lots of Tim Holtz Distress Paints to create my first card.  Next time I try this out, I may add some sequins or pearls to add dimension.

This layered card is chock-full of Amy Tangerine's Cut & Paste Line.  I stamped on the chipboard with Tim Holtz Distress Ink. Love the look of that!

I am hoping to have some more cards to share with you this week!  ~Kate
