Homecoming 2007

Sometimes simple is good.

It is hard to believe that Kass and Alyssa (Kass' childhood BFF) are heading off to college in less than a month.  When scrapping these photos I was reminded of a much simpler time. Boys made them giggle and makeup was minimal.  I love that this layout reflects a time of youth and happiness.

The Homecoming paper (#1376) from Scrappin' Sports & More Title Sports line made it so easy to pull off this sweet & simple layout to compliment the photos.

Happy Birthday, Mitchell Man!

My nephew, Mitchell, turned 13 yesterday.   He is a HUGE baseball fan. His favorite team is the Red Sox, of course!
To make his card, I combined two Scrappin' Sports & More lines.  I used the Baseball (#1367) and back side of the Gymnastics (#1374) papers from the Title Sports Line & Baseballs paper (#1255) and Baseballs Cardstock Stickers (#5544) from the "Name the Game" line.  I think they worked perfect together!

Happy Birthday, Mitchell Man!!

Locks of Love

Sometime in the last year, Lily decided that she wanted to grow out her hair for Locks of Love. Always one to encourage charitable acts,  I thought it was a great idea!  A few weeks ago she told me she was ready to donate all that hair which she has worn in a pony tail for many months.

Her bold & fun new cut is very her!  The Scrappin' Sports & More papers I chose to compliment Lily's before & after pictures are just as bold & fun.  Using the back sides of the Prom & Tennis papers from the "Title Sports" line I created a layout meant to compliment the colors in the photos, yet not take away from them.  I am loving the back sides of the "Title Sports" line just as much as the themed front sides!

JTDA Dance Recital 2011

Today is my first blog post at
When I got their brand new Title Sports line in the mail last
week I knew exactly which papers I wanted to use first.
The dance papers perfectly matched Lily's hip hop costume.

For more details on the Scrappin' Sports & More papers I
used for this layout, check out today's post at SS&M.
