Quick Quotes Birthday Challenge

Did you know that on the first Friday of each month Quick Quotes posts a Friday Challenge on the blog?  This is my month to host! May is filled with lots of birthdays in our family.  Friends and family alike!  I will be creating lots of birthday cards, birthday decorations and birthday layouts during this month.  Why don't you join me in the fun by creating your own "Beautiful Birthday" project for Quick Quotes' May Friday Challenge?

Today I am sharing two birthday beauties created with Quick Quotes papers and embellisments. First up is a birthday layout of my sweet grandson, Chase.  The photos are from his 1st birthday party.  This layout is chock full of Quick Quotes Just Because.... papers.  These papers are so bold and beautiful, such a perfect pairing with the pictures of Chase.

I created the rays of beautiful colors by cutting the JB300 paper along the pattern.  Once the rays of color were adhered, I stamped the sentiment in Quick Quotes Powder Puff Chalking Inks that coordinated with the individual rays of color.

The birthday present is Quick Quotes Birthday Gift Chipboard. I added color to the chipboard with Quick Quotes Powder Puff Chalking in Limeade.  Then, I altered this chipboard gem to include my photos of Chase, the title and a journaling spot.  The journaling spot is from the Quick Quotes Inspire Bundle.

A beautiful birthday card is the second birthday project I am sharing today.  I will be honest, this card whipped up in 15 minutes with the help of Quick Quotes Stowaway 6x6 Paper Pad.  All the beautiful matching papers made it so easy! 

The very cool chipboard sentiment is from the coordinating Stowaway Chipboard Dies.
