It is another "anything goes" week at Party Time Tuesdays!
This week I created a card around the silver "celebrate" gift tag that was attached to a gift for my birthday. I tucked it away just to use on a card.
The brown background paper is stamped with versa marker.
The candles were inspired by a tutorial from Nicole over at My Sketch World.

Such a cool card, Katie! Love that you stamped the background with little "celebrates" gives it some nice dimension. Those candles rock and I really need to try that sometime soon!
