"Anything Goes" seems to be the favorite challenge
at Party Time Tuesdays. What does that mean?

My PTT DT card was fun to make.
To create the background I stamped
circle stamps (afraid I can't remember the manu)
with Perfect Medium and then brushed on some
silver Perfect Pearls. The whole front has a shimmery
sheen, but the circles really pop.
The cake is cut from my "Summer in Paris" Cricut
cartridge.
I printed the sentiment on my computer, then heat
embossed a black frame around the sentiment.
