More Creative Gift Giving

It is just a couple days until Christmas and I have a super cute way for you to wrap up the smallest of presents.  These little gems would work for any occassion!

With all the females in our family it seems as though I buy a lot of jewelery to give as gifts.  I wanted a cute way to gift earrings for my niece that wasn't just your your typical box so I picked out some fun paper from Quick Quotes Be Bold Collection and used my Silhoutte to cut these little purses.

To add a bit of design whimsy to the little purses I created an embellisment using the title and designer wording from the manufacturer strips at the bottom of the paper.

I punched semi-circles of the strips so that the words were strategically placed.  Joy is one of the designers at Quick Quotes.  I punched out her name, added "& love," inked the edges of the semi-circle, and added an inked mat.  I used the same process for the Be Bold embellishment.

Core'dinations Blog

For my blog hop project I created gift pockets for two necklaces using Core'dinations Cardstock and Tombow Mono Adhesive. These are quick, cute ways to present jewelery.

I started by creating these necklaces holders.  

Instructions for creating the necklace holders (right) and necklace pockets (left) are below.    

I simply decorated the outside of the pockets.  You can really do whatever you want to them!
