Scrap Tiffany is kicking the year off with a scraplift challege!
"3rd Time Is A Charm"
Honestly, I had the hardest time picking one of the Scrap Tiffany designers to lift because there is so much wonderful talent packed into one DT. I knew when I came across Alecia's layout (below) that it was wonderful inspiration for the picture of Kass getting her license and the cute little cardstock image.
